Rachel Cochran OTR/L, CSRS
Rachel is the only practicing outpatient Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist in Whatcom County. She has experience working with adult stroke survivors in outpatient, in the acute hospital setting and in the home environment. She founded and facilitates the Stroke Support Group at the Bellingham Senior Activity Center. Rachel is also very passionate about sensory processing differences in adults. She has worked with both adults and children with sensory differences and is dedicated to educating adults about how their sensory systems function and play a vital role in self-regulation.
